We're not a junk removal company — we're a recycling company. That's the key difference. Your old washer has 150-175 lbs of sheet metal inside that has real commodity value at scrap yards. Traditional junk haulers pay disposal fees to dump items in landfills — that cost gets passed to you. We earn revenue by recycling the scrap metal at our own recycling facility at 3013 Stanley Avenue. The $11 covers our fuel and routing costs, and the recycled metal covers the rest. Upon returning from each route, items are sorted, processed, and shipped to recycling partners. All of our recycling follows local and national recycling regulations. We recycle thousands of tons every month, keeping material out of the waste stream. That ladder, baseball bat, or gutter we pick up could end up in a can in your next case of pop in as little as 60 days!

We specialize in metal items and appliances — not general junk removal. We don't pick up drywall, lumber, carpet, clothing, boxes, or mixed household trash. If your item is primarily metal, we'll take it. If you have a mix of metal and non-metal items, we'll pick up all the metal items at one address for the single $11 base fee, but you'd need to handle non-metal disposal separately.
