Appliance Removal

Appliance removal in Indianapolis, $11 per stop

One flat fee to have an old appliance gone. Washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters — if it is mostly metal, it is $11. Same-day most days, and you do not need to be home. Call or text (317) 350-1111.

The Price

Why does appliance removal cost $11 here and $99+ elsewhere?

Most junk-removal companies price by truck volume, because hauling is the whole business and the load has to pay for the trip. We are a recycling facility first. The truck is going back to Stanley Avenue either way, and the metal we recover there covers most of the cost of collecting it. So a single appliance is a stop, not a job — and a stop is $11.

💰

$11 covers the appliance

Not $11 plus a fuel fee plus a disposal fee. Eleven dollars, per stop, and you can put more than one item out on the same stop.

Surcharges are published

Refrigerators, freezers and inside removal cost more, and every one of those prices is on the surcharge page before you book. No quote calls, no surprises on the day.

It is actually recycled

Everything comes back to our own facility. Metals recovered, refrigerant handled by an EPA-certified tech, nothing to landfill.

$11 plus a surcharge

Refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and window AC units hold refrigerant, which has to be recovered by a certified tech before the unit can be scrapped. That work is what the surcharge pays for.

Inside the house

Curbside, driveway and open-garage pickup are all the $11 base rate. If the appliance has to come out of a basement or up from a laundry room, that is an added fee, published up front.

Questions

Appliance removal questions

Most appliances are $11 per stop. That is the whole price for washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, water heaters, microwaves and anything else that is mostly metal. Refrigerators, freezers and a few other items carry a surcharge on top of the $11 because they need refrigerant recovered by a certified tech — every one of those prices is published on our surcharge pricing page before you book.
Washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, water heaters, furnaces, AC condensers, microwaves, lawn mowers, grills and about seventy more items. The rule of thumb: if it is mostly metal, it is $11. The full list is here.
No. Set the appliance in your driveway, at the curb or in an open garage and we will take it from there. Contactless pickup is standard.
Yes, inside removal is available for an added fee, listed on the surcharge page. Curbside or driveway pickup stays at the $11 base rate.
Most pickups happen the same day. We run Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm, and during those hours we typically respond within the hour. Same-day is not guaranteed on every request, but it is what happens the large majority of the time.
It goes to our recycling facility on Stanley Avenue. Metals are recovered, refrigerant and hazardous materials are handled properly, and nothing is sent to landfill. We are EPA certified for refrigerant recovery.
You pay the $11 stop fee. The scrap value of a single household appliance is well below the cost of sending a truck for it, which is exactly why most haulers charge $99 or more. The $11 works because we recover the metal at our own facility.
