These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website indypickup1111.com (the "Site") and the pickup and recycling services ("Services") provided by Indy Pickup 1111, a division of The New Country Auto Parts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Overview
Indy Pickup 1111 provides appliance and scrap metal pickup and recycling services in the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area. Our base service fee is $11 per stop (the "Eco & Fuel Recovery Fee"), with additional surcharges for certain specialty items as published on our website.
Pricing and Payment
The $11 Eco & Fuel Recovery Fee is collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable once a crew has been dispatched to your location. Additional surcharges for specialty items (refrigerators, furniture, TVs, inside removal, etc.) are communicated to you before we confirm your pickup. All pricing is published on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to pickups scheduled after the change takes effect. Existing confirmed appointments are honored at the quoted price.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Pickups are scheduled in time windows (morning or afternoon) rather than exact times. We make reasonable efforts to complete pickups within the communicated window, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or route logistics. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you.
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup at no charge by contacting us before a crew has been dispatched. If a crew arrives at your location and the items are not accessible or do not match the description provided, we reserve the right to cancel the pickup without refund of the base fee.
Item Requirements
To be included in the $11 base pickup fee with no additional surcharge, items must be predominantly metal by weight and must be placed in an accessible location (driveway, curb, or open garage) before the scheduled pickup window. Items that are:
- Located inside the home, upstairs, or in a basement require an inside removal surcharge
- Heavier than what can be safely handled by a two-person crew may require special arrangements
- Contaminated with hazardous materials (other than standard refrigerants) may be refused
- Not predominantly metal will carry a published per-item surcharge on top of the $11 base fee
We reserve the right to refuse pickup of any item that poses a safety hazard, violates local regulations, or does not match the description provided at the time of booking.
Ownership and Disposal
By scheduling a pickup, you represent that you are the owner of the items or have authorization from the owner to dispose of them. Once items are picked up by our crew, ownership transfers to The New Country Auto Parts LLC. Items are processed at our recycling facility and recycled. Items cannot be returned after pickup.
Liability
Our crew will exercise reasonable care when picking up items from your property. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to items being picked up
- Minor cosmetic damage to surfaces (scratches, scuffs) incidental to moving heavy items
- Damage caused by items that were improperly described or not disclosed (e.g., items filled with water, items concealing hazardous materials)
- Items left at the curb or in a driveway that are taken by third parties before our arrival
If our crew causes damage to your property during a pickup, please report it to us within 48 hours at (317) 350-1111. We carry liability insurance and will work with you to resolve legitimate claims.
Service Area
Our standard service area covers the Indianapolis metro area. Extended service areas may be served with an additional fuel surcharge. Service area boundaries and applicable surcharges are listed on our service areas page.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Indy Pickup 1111 operates two separate SMS programs — (1) a service (transactional) program for scheduling confirmations, pickup reminders, and ETAs, and (2) a marketing program for review requests and special offers.
Program Description: If you opt in to the service program, you will receive recurring automated text messages related to your pickup appointment, including scheduling confirmations, reminders, and ETAs from Indy Pickup 1111. If you opt in to the marketing program, you will receive recurring automated text messages including review requests and special offers. Consent is obtained via two separate, optional, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on our pickup request form.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and MetroPCS.
Website Use
You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of The New Country Auto Parts LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, The New Country Auto Parts LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
